Account Coordinator
nFusion seeks an account coordinator who will be responsible for handling the day-to-day coordination of agency activities and client contacts. In addition to being familiar with the client's products, business culture and competition, the account coordinator understands agency procedures and requirements and is proficient in using internal tools for project estimating, scheduling and execution. The account coordinator will manage coordination between client and agency teams, as well as general project management.
Responsibilities
- Project coordination of client programs
- Encourages client confidence in agency performance
- Trafficking and managing internal job schedules
- Preparing project briefs and client meeting notes and distributing to team
- Coordinating multiple projects with creative and interactive teams
- Assisting with billing tracking and project estimates
- Conducting new business research
- Organizing client project samples and archives
- Providing account support functions
- Additional duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising or marketing or equivalent experience
- Previous internships or experience as an account coordinator in an advertising agency preferred
- Must be a confident self-starter, a team player, an innovative problem solver and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle and succeed with ambiguity and a constantly changing environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; MS Project and Visio experience a plus
