nFusion Lays Groundwork for Practice Expansion with Creative Director Promotions

Austin, Texas, January 25, 2005 — Today nFusion Group, LLC announced the promotions of creative directors, Richard Heffernan and Jeff Neely — laying the groundwork for further practice expansion. Heffernan and Neely originally joined nFusion in February of last year bringing extensive expertise in technology branding, integrated marketing communications and award-winning creative.

Heffernan joined nFusion from SicolaMartin, where he had spent more than five years developing brand and product advertising, direct marketing and online campaigns for such clients as Citrix, HP, Motive Communications and Novell. Neely joined nFusion bringing experience from several agencies including his own, Neely Creative, as well as Bam! Advertising and TateAustin. He has won dozens of local, regional and national awards with his work featured in both AdWeek and Advertising Age.

Heffernan and Neely easily complement each other based on their depths of experience. This past year Heffernan has focused on leveraging his B2B skills combined with technical understanding, particularly with telecommunications clients such as Nokia, SBC and Clearwire. Neely, meanwhile, has focused on leveraging his in-depth consumer experience, and has primarily been absorbed in serving the needs of the Toshiba Digital Products Division.

Since joining the agency a year ago, the pair has seen nFusion more than double its size in terms of revenue growth, number of client engagements and number of employees. “Given the rate of growth we’re experiencing combined with their great client service records, depth of experience and demonstrated leadership, elevating Rich and Jeff each to creative director status was essential. With these promotions we convey our appreciation of their significant contributions, as well as ensure a level of management infrastructure is in place to accommodate continued agency expansion, great client service and strong management for our growing staff,” said hFusion’s CEO, John Ellett.
