nFusion Expands Management Team with Hire of Kathy Field

Austin, Texas, November 8, 2004 — nFusion Group, LLC, a results-oriented, integrated marketing agency announced that it has recruited Kathy Field as account director supporting Toshiba. In this role, Field will work directly with the executive marketing management at Toshiba’s Digital Products Division to drive development and execution of its integrated marketing efforts. This will include management of demand-generation systems, direct marketing, positioning and creative execution for all media — to ensure it meets strategic needs and ultimately drives demand.

Before joining nFusion, Field spent 15 years at SicolaMartin, a division of the Y&R Global network, where she held a variety of positions — including VP of creative services, VP of direct marketing, as well as VP and director of interactive services — managing development of brand and product advertising (online, print, TV, radio), direct marketing and online campaigns, e-marketing strategy and execution for clients such as 3M, AT&T, Océ, Citrix, HP, Novell and Motorola.

“As agency of record for the Toshiba Digital Products Division, we count ourselves fortunate to have Field on board to be able to leverage her depth of experience and ensure the highest quality delivery and execution for strategy-driven integrated marketing campaigns,” said John Ellett, CEO, nFusion. “Key will be her focus on the integration of all media efforts to target key Toshiba customer segments at the right place and time for maximum business impact — with continual refinement of their campaigns for improved ROI.”
