Weaving in the Web: Wilshire Homes devotes its ad dollars to the Internet

Wilshire Homes, the largest private homebuilding company in Central Texas, will spend more than 90 percent of its 2007 marketing budget online as part of a new marketing strategy.
For the last three years, Wilshire Homes has experienced a 30 percent to 40 percent increase in Web traffic. And according to President Edward Horne, at least 80 percent of Wilshire’s customers throughout Austin, Houston and San Antonio started their search for a new home on the Internet.
