Interactive Product Manager

nFusion is looking for an Interactive Product Manager to manage the development and production of Interactive Technology Solutions. The ideal candidate will be capable of bringing together business objectives, technology, and user experience to deliver effective and high-value global web programs. Candidates must be confident self-starters, team players, and able to manage multiple projects at once. The Interactive Product Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams to create smart, innovative solutions for our clients, and must be capable of both managing a project and being the key technical contributor to each project’s completion. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively with technical development team members, as well as non-technical resources and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote web strategies in areas such as customer acquisition and development, social media, site operations and e-commerce that will support clients’ marketing objectives
  • Lead client discovery sessions and present analysis and recommendations on the strategic role of interactive in helping clients meet their marketing needs
  • Define and manage online marketing requirements including functional use cases, wireframing, information architecture, and media/content integration
  • Lead and manage the execution and implementation of Interactive Projects, including websites, micro sites, and email campaigns
  • Work effectively with creative, development, and account services teams to ensure quality of final deliverable
  • Standardize production processes and optimize operations
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in web technology and online marketing

 

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in a web strategy or web marketing role
  • 5+ years experience in web product management and marketing requirements definition
  • 2+ years client relationship management experience
  • Excellent understanding of all aspects of Web technologies and interactive marketing
  • Knowledge of product development lifecycle methodologies, such as MSF and Agile
  • Information Architecture/ Design Experience
  • Project Management experience
  • HTML development experience
  • QA experience
  • Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills.

Pluses:

  • Commerce site management experience
  • Javascript, PHP and/or JSP experience
  • An ability to develop Interactive Business Development strategies and think ‘out of the box’.
