Account Manager

Account Manager – Finance Client
- Leading financial institution account that is focused in the B2B and online space
- Requires an excellent understanding of integrated marketing plan and strategy
- Online Marketing background is a plus
- Knowledge of finance industry is a plus
- Reports to the Senior Account Manager
Account Manager – Multiple High Tech Clients
- Knowledge of online marketing required
- Must have a good understanding of technical concepts
- Experience working with high tech clients is ideal
- Experience with Search Marketing is a plus
- Reports to Account Supervisor
Account Manager – Major High Tech Client
- 2-3 years marketing strategy experience strongly preferred
- 1-2 years team/people management experience strongly preferred
- Previous agency side experience preferred
- Reports to Account Supervisor
Account Manager – nFusion Marketing Manager
- Project management experience preferred
- B2B experience would be a plus
- Strong aptitude for prioritizing project requirements, analytical thinking and strategic initiatives
- Experience with CRM and Website design/marketing projects
- Reports to Account Director
General Responsibilities for all Account Managers:
- Maintains a positive relationship between agency and client, ensuring client satisfaction with agency support in achieving marketing objectives
- Recognizes client needs and generates innovative, creative, ideas and solutions
- Identifies and anticipates potential problems and finds alternative solutions and provides timely and constructive reaction and responses to problems and questions
- Recognizes project constraints from both the agency and client
- Reviews and provides input on maintaining satisfactory levels of gross income/profitability on assigned accounts
- Optimizes agency productivity and delivers consistent, superior work
General Requirements for all Account Managers:
- 2-4 years experience in client-facing agency position or client-side marketing position
- Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing or equivalent experience
- Must be a confident self-starter, a team player, an innovative problem solver and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; MS Project and Visio experience a plus
