Account Coordinator
nFusion seeks an account coordinator who will be responsible for handling the day-to-day coordination of agency activities and client contact on an account focused on the web and digital publishing. In addition to being familiar with the client’s online product, business culture and competition, the account coordinator understands agency procedures and requirements and is proficient in using internal tools for project estimating, scheduling, and execution. This specific account coordinator role at nFusion will manage monthly digital magazine launches, including web updates, email blasts, coordination between client and agency teams and general project management.
Responsibilities:
- Provides project coordination for assigned client(s) including online marketing and advertising programs, such as email blasts
- Manages metrics-based plans, conduct performance analysis, and provide client with insight and recommendations to maximize online programs
- Support account manager with additional marketing projects for new initiative targeted at potential advertisers for the digital magazines
- Coordinates estimates, budgets and billing associated with client projects
- Coordinates weekly status report within internal team for client status meeting
- Updates and maintains creative archive for client, as well as all competitive analysis for client
Requirements:
- Requires 1 – 2 years of marketing experience – client-side or agency (preferred)
- Must have a strong interest in online/digital/interactive marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of and interest in search marketing, online analytics and marketing analytics and metrics tracking
- Highly attentive to detail
- Ability to handle and succeed with ambiguity and a constantly changing environment
- Pluses Include: experience with email marketing, website management, online marketing or publishing knowledge
