The Specialist: Meet Nikki

Nikki, how did you start in your line of work?
I took a Human Resources elective class during my junior year of college and quickly realized that a career in HR would provide the perfect intersection of my key interests in business, law and people. I was hired that same year by a local advertising agency to design the company’s internship program and later went on to specialize in the areas of employment law compliance, performance management and employee relations. nFusion hired me two years ago to oversee all aspects of HR in addition to designing and implementing progressive Organizational Development initiatives to help the agency achieve our strategic business goals and objectives. The rest, as they say, is history.

What is your position’s most difficult challenge?
There just aren’t enough hours in the day…
