nFusion Wins Two Silver ADDYs at the 2010 National Finals
Austin, Texas – June 15, 2010 – nFusion, one of the country’s leading integrated marketing agencies, has won two National ADDY Awards. nFusion won silver awards for its Derby Day invitation, created for The First Tee of Greater Austin, a local non-profit that serves area youth, and for its direct marketing piece for The Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce (GACC), the humorous “Californian’s Guide to Austin.”
Both entries took a tongue-in-cheek route to engaging their target audiences: The First Tee’s Derby Day invitation offered pointers of etiquette for attending a Kentucky Derby fete; the GACC’s “Californian’s Guide to Austin” debunked some of the more outlandish myths about living in Austin, Texas, from what to wear (plaid shirts?) to what to drive (truck? horse and buggy?). Both entries were part of nFusion’s outstanding ADDY season, with 10 club wins, a trio of district wins and now this pair of national ADDY Silver Awards.

“It’s great to get national recognition for work this strong,” says nFusion CEO John Ellett. “Once again we’re showing our breadth of capabilities, from supporting a terrific local non-profit to cutting through the clutter to reach a BtoB audience.”
The First Tee’s Derby Day invitation won the National Silver ADDY Award in the Public Service/Invitation category. The Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce’s “Californian’s Guide to Austin” won its National Silver ADDY Award in the BtoB or Consumer/Direct category.
