nFusion Wins First Place in 2010 ACE Awards
Austin, Texas – June 22, 2010 – nFusion, one of the country’s leading integrated marketing agencies, has won first place in this year’s ACE Awards for its tongue-in-cheek direct mailer, “A Californian’s Guide to Austin.” The ACE Awards are run by the Business Marketing Association of New York City.
The guide was created on behalf of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and was comprised of a tinned collection of cards, developed to entice Los Angeles area business site selectors to enter a competition to win a trip to Austin. The cards debunked some of the more outlandish myths about living in Austin, Texas, from what to wear (plaid shirts?) to what to drive (truck? horse and buggy?). “A Californian’s Guide to Austin” is part of an ongoing promotional campaign nFusion is leading for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce to encourage businesses to relocate to Central Texas.
“I’m delighted we’ve been recognized by the BMA’s ACE Awards for the third time,” says nFusion CEO John Ellett. “Not only does it show our consistency of execution for our BtoB clients, it truly highlights the kind of project our team excels at, combining astute targeting with terrific collateral, and keeping it entertaining all the while.”
The BMA ACE Awards recognize the year's top creative campaigns and executions on a global basis, the inspired talent who conceived them and the agencies and clients who have successfully elevated brands and driven demand. For more than 28 years the Business Marketing Association of New York City has brought together the industry's creative elite in what The New York Times has hailed as "one of the industry's best creative awards."
